Candidates must possess basic networking knowledge including Ethernet, TCP/IP, the OSI model, and routing and switching concepts to succeed in this role.
This position offers a pathway to become a Technical Support Engineer or Network Engineer by partnering with TSEs to replicate customer network issues.
