Must-have
Proven success with business-to-business sales
Experience in small business banking
Strong communication and influence skills
Effective customer service and problem resolution
Outbound phone sales experience
Nice-to-have
Experience with financial information and spreadsheets
In-person customer service and sales background
Working knowledge of small business products
Bilingual skills preferred
Track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Key Requirements
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
Demonstrated experience with B2B sales or small business banking
