  • Manage a team of 6-7 high-performing Buyers and Supplier Development Engineers, mentoring and developing them to deliver the supplier strategy.
  • Work in a highly collaborative environment with design teams and across Caterpillar divisions to align strategies and maintain strong supplier relationships.
