Job Summary

• Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager with Institutional construction/management experience to lead the development, execution, and management of projects within our Performance Based Infrastructure Portfolio.
• As the Project Manager you will oversee projects from startup to completion, manage commissioning processes and support operations and maintenance across various project sites within highly complex long term Operational Agreements.
• This role requires excellent communication, strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction and engineering drawings
• Familiarity with project design and management software
• Demonstrated knowledge of building systems, codes, and commissioning processes
• Strong understanding of Project Management process and methodologies
