Job Summary
This role leads the Maintenance Department to ensure plant performance, reliability, and continuous improvement in a world-class manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will enforce strict GMP and food safety requirements while driving a strong safety culture across the site.
You will report directly to the Site Plant Manager as a key member of the Operations Leadership Team.

Must-have
10+ years industrial maintenance experience
5+ years people management leadership
Strong electrical systems knowledge
GMP and food safety compliance
Preventive maintenance program execution
Process Safety Management (PSM) implementation
Nice-to-have
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
Data-driven continuous improvement mindset
Change leadership and coaching capability
Capex project oversight experience
Key Requirements
Technical education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
10+ years of industrial maintenance experience
5+ years of people-management experience
Hands-on knowledge of instrumentation and control systems
