  • Manage standards by creating and updating maintenance work instructions, preparing and implementing preventive maintenance plans, and training production teams.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Maintenance KPIs, improve equipment reliability, and participate in performance control.
  • Be involved in EHS and productivity improvement activities, troubleshooting, and the installation/commissioning of new manufacturing equipment.
