Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
• Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse or misappropriation of property to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
• The role requires assisting residents with personal care needs including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.
