The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
You will participate in developing, planning, conducting, and scheduling in-service training classes that provide instructions on how to do the job and ensure a well-educated nursing service department.
The work environment involves interaction with residents, personnel, visitors, and government agencies under all conditions and circumstances, including emergency situations.
