Job Summary
This role will have responsibility for driving eCommerce sales growth and digital utilization across the Eastern United States, working closely with Caterpillar dealers, internal digital, marketing, and commercial teams.
Serve as the eCommerce commercial specialist for Construction Industries, supporting the Eastern U.S. dealer network and associated field-facing teams.
Communicate the Voice of the Customer (VOC) and Voice of the Dealer (VOD) to help guide platform prioritization, system improvements, and future eCommerce investments.

Salary
