The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include identifying residents, recording information, reporting changes in condition, assisting with personal care, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
The role requires a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing with the CDPH licensing board.
