Base: $83,400 - $125,000; Bonus/Equity: Variable cash program and equity eligible; Benefits: Health/dental/vision, retirement, PTO, genomics sequencing access

Must-have

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
  • 5+ years general work experience in manufacturing
  • 2+ years practicing Lean concepts
  • Facilitation of cross-functional improvement events
  • Coaching teams on OE tools and methodologies

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM related field
