Responsibilities include communicating with chefs, motivating staff, preparing menu items, ensuring completion of opening and closing duties, and maintaining high sanitation awareness.
The role requires monitoring compliance with OSHA, health and fire regulations, planning food production, and investigating/resolving guest complaints.
