Job Summary

• The Senior Governance Analyst plays a key role within the Global Distribution Management Governance & Steering function supporting governance mandates with a strong focus on data governance, financial oversight, and process excellence.
• This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across multiple business units and provides the opportunity to build strong analytical, technical, and business acumen in a global (re)insurance environment.
• The GDM Governance & Steering team drives continuous improvement initiatives, supports budgeting and negotiation efforts, oversees invoicing processes, and serves as a key interface with Risk Management and Compliance functions.
