  • The Analyst partners with Enrollment Management, Institutional Effectiveness, Advising, and Student Affairs to ensure data related to transfer and adult learner success are timely, accurate, and actionable.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Education, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Higher Education, or related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in institutional research, student success analytics, assessment, enrollment management, or related areas in higher education
  • Demonstrated experience working with student-level data, dashboards, or reporting tools
  • Ability to communicate data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
