Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Interior Design provides design direction and project management support in coordination with the MVC VP & AVP – Architecture & Design.
Responsible for overall effectiveness and results of Interior Design on assigned projects, leading projects at a senior level and managing up to the Executive level.
Partners with other department leaders including Sales, Marketing, Architecture & Construction, Finance, Pre-development, Procurement, Legal, and others as required on assigned projects.

Key Requirements
7+ years hospitality-related design experience
Extensive FF&E product knowledge
Management experience with design process, scheduling, contracts, budgets
Experience managing 3rd party consultants
Strong experience managing others
Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or Construction Management
