Job Summary
Provide leadership to the Arkansas 4-H Civic Engagement and Leadership program statewide, including curriculum development and review, state event coordination, volunteer and staff training, communication, and scholarship at the state level and beyond.
Develop new, and nurture existing partnerships with research faculty and extension personnel in the Division of Agriculture.
Provide supervision and support to 1-2 staff members.
