Provide technical analysis and guidance on all aspects of application development, integration, and consolidation, covering functional and non-functional requirements.
Architect and design modernized, efficient applications as legacy applications retire, and develop and guide implementation of a modern data architecture.
Validate IT infrastructure and other reference architectures for adherence to functional and non-functional requirements, including security guidelines and procedures.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
12+ years of software development and engineering experience
7+ years of software/systems architecture experience
5+ years of translating business requirements into technical solutions
3+ years supporting Federal Government enterprise-scale systems
