The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and strictly adhere to all policies concerning exposure to blood/body fluids and protected health information.
Key responsibilities include assisting residents with daily functions like bathing and dressing, monitoring vital signs, and reporting any changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
Lift and move up to 25 pounds
Accurate documentation of care plans
Nice-to-have
Positive emphasis on resident comfort
Strong communication with nursing team
Ability to work in calm environment
Experience with restorative procedures
Proactive problem-solving skills
Key Requirements
Must possess 10th grade education minimum
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
CPR certification preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
