Job Summary
Coordinate the selection, training, development, and evaluation of employees in the Kitchens’ bake/pastry shop through effective management and leadership to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
Communicate regularly with the Pastry Chef to achieve an excellent rapport throughout the food production department and in developing new menu items as well the quality of all food prepared in the kitchen.
