Job Summary

  • The position is responsible for managing the customer training and education area, leading a team to conduct product workshops, consultative labs, and assist with medical education labs to support Hugo.
  • Plans, develops, and coordinates product training programs for field support personnel and customers, ensuring training program(s) meets company and customer objectives.
