Job Summary
The Division Chief will develop a vision and strategic direction for the Division of Colon and Rectal Surgery and provide leadership, supervision, and accountability to fulfill the administrative, clinical, educational, and research missions.
Oversee all aspect of clinical activities for the division including monitoring access optimization, surgical volumes, patient experience, patient safety, and compliance.
Recruit, mentor and evaluate faculty performance annually and responsible for FPPE and OPPE credentialing evaluations.
