Job Description Register patients, make appointments, collect payments and attend to patient queries (either by phone, email or walk-in). Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of counter, dispensary room, treatment zone and common areas. Dispense medicine in an accurate and timely manner, according to TCM physician’s prescription. Account for medicine dispensed according to SOP. Work with Clinic Coordinator to spearhead operations within the clinic. Deliver quality, safe and cost-effective service to patients and TCM physicians. Submit weekly and monthly reports as required by HOD. Job Requirement At least 1 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare setting Ability to communicate in English via online, phone and walk-ins Pleasant personality and service oriented Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills Team player 5 days work week by roster, including weekends Candidate must be willing and able to work on rotating shifts If you do not possess the above experience, your application will still be considered on individual merits and you may be contacted for other opportunities.
