The Senior Psychologist serves as a senior member of a multidisciplinary behavioral health team, delivering advanced clinical care to an adult incarcerated population with complex and high-acuity mental health needs.
In addition to direct clinical care, this position provides clinical and administrative supervision to psychology staff, trainees, and/or other behavioral health professionals as assigned.
The role supports professional autonomy, application of advanced clinical expertise, and active participation in system-wide initiatives aimed at improving behavioral health outcomes in correctional settings.
