Job Summary
The Ecosystem Lead defines ecosystem-specific COS standards for Operations, Supply Chain, QA/QC, Maintenance, and Technical Operations in partnership with OE, site, and functional stakeholders.
This role supports ecosystem value delivery by working with teams from T4 to T1 and enables the deployment of structured problem-solving, Lean, and Six Sigma tools as appropriate.

Key Requirements
Bachelor or BS degree in a Technical or Business Field
10+ years’ experience
Master’s degree in business administration or technical discipline a plus
Lean and Six Sigma proficiency preferred
Certifications in Lean and Six Sigma a plus
Worked within operational or functional roles in key leadership roles
Previous experience in Lean production system implementation
Experience of aligning global processes across multiple sites
Experience in coaching senior leaders
Experience in implementation of lean operating model
