Salary
Base: $19.00-$24.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Additional compensation possible including shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, sick days, paid holidays

Must-have
Routine maintenance and repair tasks
Follow maintenance schedules and instructions
Maintain confidentiality of resident information
Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
Coordinate maintenance with nursing services
Use and maintain maintenance equipment and supplies

Ability to deal tactfully with residents and personnel
Willingness to learn and apply new maintenance methods
Attend departmental and staff meetings
Assist in emergency resident evacuation
Work in low to moderate noise environment
Key Requirements
Minimum 10th grade education
Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions
Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts
Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
