Job Summary

• As NPI Programs Industrial Leader you will coordinate the industrial activities related to the NPI for new programs (both on P21 and P145 environment) and you will be the Supply Chain interface for the Program Manager and the Customer.
• You will define program development plans throughout the Supply Chain, coordinating all the Product Centers and the functions involved (Quality, Purchasing, Technology).

• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Management Engineering
• Significant technical competence on products and processes
• Previous work experience in similar role, in Aerospace industry preferred
• Ability to guide and lead others in a matrix environment
• Fluent Italian and English
• Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
