Evaluate go to market strategy and review technical documents for proper launch geared toward North America market that includes US and Canada.
Provide Engineering insight and improvement solution for new product development and screen and analyze new product performance provide recommendations for next steps.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
8+ years of experience HVAC, water heating, and/or unitary products
Experience with VRF, Acoil, AHU, FCU, Chiller
Working knowledge of vapor compression and heat transfer principles
Experience in design and development of evaporators, condensing units, and/or heat exchangers
Exposure to a variety of manufacturing processes
Ability to multi-task and operate independently
Experience with CSA, UL, or DOE agency certifications is a plus
