Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring the highest degree of quality care.
  • You will participate in developing policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs while assisting the Director of Nursing in managing departmental operations.
  • The role requires providing direct nursing care, including starting IVs, obtaining specimens, and monitoring residents' physical and emotional status on a daily basis.

Key Requirements

  • Current active RN license in this state
  • Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2 years or more experience in long-term care
  • Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
  • Current CPR certification required
