Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring the highest degree of quality care.
You will participate in developing policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs while assisting the Director of Nursing in managing departmental operations.
The role requires providing direct nursing care, including starting IVs, obtaining specimens, and monitoring residents' physical and emotional status on a daily basis.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license in this state
Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
2 years or more experience in long-term care
Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
