Job Summary

  • The Facilities Coordinator will assist the Senior Facilities Manager with operational activities in accounting, finance, maintenance, operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment and supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk.
  • Effectively manage relationship to meet on-site client’s expectations and manage all Preventative Maintenance schedules, including the efficient completion of Work Requests on database.
  • Ensure staff, contractors and visitors comply with health and safety guidelines, policies and rules and seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards.
