Job Summary

  • The Director Medical PMO is responsible for leading the Project Management Office (PMO) for our Medical products and Strategic Projects in the Global R&D organization and fosters an environment that delivers innovation, high product quality and on-time delivery of projects within our product portfolio.
  • Develop and improves cross functional processes to deliver new products to market on time with world class quality and provides leadership and direction to the Medical Project Management Office through global Project Managers, ensuring standardization of processes, tools, and reporting across sites.
  • Leads, mentors, and develops a global PMO team, owning end-to-end project delivery performance (scope, schedule, budget, risk) of the global Medical portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in R&D project/program management
  • Proven success delivering complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects
  • Experience leading distributed teams across time zones
  • Familiarity with regulated environments (ISO 13485, IEC standards)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Life Science, or related technical field
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time
