The University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture is seeking a Program Associate to assist with field research, data management, and educational support related to agricultural practices. The role involves hands-on fieldwork and collaboration with agricultural producers while contributing to the development of educational materials and project coordination

Job Summary

  • Assist with the design, establishment, and management of station-based and on-farm research trials, collecting and processing soil and plant data.
  • Support the development of Extension materials, preparation of reports, and organization of field days and workshops.
  • Assist with procurement, supply tracking, basic administrative documentation, and supervise student workers.

Key Requirements

  • Experience conducting field-based agronomic research
  • Experience collecting and processing soil and plant samples
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
