Job Summary
Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, processing employment documentation, and coordinating payroll and employee benefit programs.
Plan, conduct, and document required drills, organize in-service education programs, and maintain records of in-services as required by regulations.
Provide direct resident/patient care, coordinate infection control surveillance, and supervise staff, including disciplinary measures.
