The role requires regular communication with nursing staff and supervisors to report incidents, complaints, and any changes in resident health status immediately.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily hygiene functions
Monitor and report changes in resident condition

Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Complete accurate documentation for care plans

Key Requirements
