Minimum 4 years of IT audit experience
SOCR SSAE 16 ISAE 3402 reporting expertise
Knowledge of SOC 1, 2, and 3 reporting standards
Proficiency in IT General Controls and Automated Controls
Nice-to-have
CISA CISSP CRISC or CISM professional certification
Experience with ISO 27001 GDPR HIPAA frameworks
Strong leadership and team coaching abilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to foster continuous improvement culture
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Information Systems, MBA, CA/ACCA
4+ years experience in IT audit and SOCR reporting
Desirable certifications: CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or CISM
