The resource, in collaboration with the Manager, is primarily responsible for managing the Maintenance Contracts of the bus fleets stipulated with third-party companies.
Monitoring the execution of activities by the entrusted companies, verifying compliance with contractual obligations in terms of quantity and quality of services provided, adherence to timelines, and fleet availability for transport services.
Site inspections at the plants where maintenance activities are carried out, with the aim of evaluating operational impacts on transport services and supporting effective contract management.
