  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Assist residents with daily functions including mouth care, bathing, dressing, and undressing, and ensure they remain dry.
  • Observe and report skin breakdowns to prevent decubitus ulcers and report injuries of unknown source.
