Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Five years commercial or institutional food service experience
  • Two years supervisory experience
  • Driver’s license valid in Maryland with less than 5 points
  • Prince George’s County Food Service Manager Certification
  • TIPS or equivalent certification
  • State of Maryland Fire Marshall crowd management certification
  • Pass DOT physical and drug test
  • Maintain certifications throughout employment
