Job Summary

  • The Store Manager is responsible for the effective operating, running and achievement to budget of their store/s through effective leadership and management of their teams and developing an exceptional customer centric culture.
  • Driving a culture that is laser focused on amazing customer service, effective leadership and management of the team, and leading, motivating, developing & driving the team to achieve commercial targets.
