** QBE Insurance is seeking a Process Redesign Analyst who will support process improvement initiatives, focusing on process analysis and documentation. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in process mapping, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement methodologies, ideally within the insurance industry. **

Job Summary

  • Responsible for supporting process improvement initiatives including process automation solutions and quality improvements in partnership with GSSC functions and/or global stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, measure process efficiencies, validate improvement benefits and act as a partner to the business to perform continuous improvement activities.
  • Creation of process design documents (PDDs) and/or business requirement documents (BRDs) which are required for deployment of automation solutions.
