Job Summary

• This position is accountable for managing the customer and government relationships in part of North and Northwest China, with responsibility for tonnage asset management and customer interface, and responsible for the profit & loss for the appointed assets.
• The candidate is responsible for the general management of assets, P&L, customer engagement, contract negotiations, relationship management, and working closely with the operation team to focus on site optimization to achieve the annual target.
