Must-have

Active Directory and Domain Controller management
Network administration including firewalls and VPNs
Level 1 and 2 technical support troubleshooting
Server administration on cloud and on-premise environments
Nice-to-have
Experience with Cisco Meraki networking equipment
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
Familiarity with cybersecurity practices
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT
2-4 years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator
Proven experience with Windows systems and Microsoft 365 platform
