Skills & Requirements
Must-have
end-to-end employee lifecycle management
payroll and benefits process knowledge
HR operations in multinational environment
process improvement and risk mitigation
stakeholder engagement and communication
Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
Nice-to-have
experience in regulated financial services
exposure to European HR practices
Workday HCM and Talent Acquisition experience
ServiceNow or case management system use
HR project support and system testing
Western European language skills
Key Requirements
3–5 years HR operations experience
experience in global or multinational organizations
bachelor’s degree preferred
handling confidential information with professionalism
