Job Summary

• This role serves as a key driver of AS9100D compliance, audit readiness, Data System Management, and systemic process improvement — partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain, and Program teams to embed a culture of quality and compliance throughout the organization.
• The Engineer Technical Specialist will own creating and maintain & support all MES - QMS supporting enterprise software applications and roadmap development, lead internal and external audit programs, manage digital QMS tools and data platforms, and drive root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
• This position is critical to supporting certification activities, production flow continuity, and scalable quality operations as Millennium grows its manifest.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related work experience
• Experience in aerospace and/or defense manufacturing
• Knowledge of QMS requirements and auditing (AS9100D, ISO 9001:2015)
• Experience implementing, managing, or auditing quality management systems
• Knowledge of ERP and Business Intelligence (BI) systems
• Experience with data analytics platforms
• Project management experience for software system implementation
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
