Job Summary
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective Facilities management of all the client assigned facilities in South Korea.
Manage the facility operations, including critical environment engineering maintenance programs, incident and crisis management, health and safety, sustainability programs, cleaning services, landscaping, pest control, and waste management among others.
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of facilities staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Requirements
5-10 years of facilities management experience
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Facilities Management or Engineering
Proficiency in English and Korean
Experience with BMS and Work Order Management systems
