Your mission is to stabilize, integrate, and elevate the Cairns operation, translating strategy into action, driving daily performance, and leading team integration with full P&L ownership.
Success looks like strong service and DIFOT performance, improved productivity, met budgets, an engaged team with low attrition, and a proactive safety culture, resulting in a transformed branch.
