Must-have
10+ years operational risk management experience
Strong background in Technology Risk
Expertise in AI model governance and controls
Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks
Ability to negotiate at senior executive level
Nice-to-have
Hands-on technical background in AI/ML concepts
Familiarity with NIST AI RMF framework
Experience in fast-paced agile environments
Strong stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of emerging industry AI trends
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
10+ years in operational risk or compliance within financial services
7+ years in Risk Management or In-Business Controls
Expert knowledge of developing and executing risk controls
