Serve as a senior Microsoft 365 engineer accountable for service health, user experience, and operational maturity across core M365 workloads.
Drive end-to-end delivery of Microsoft 365 initiatives, including pilots, phased rollouts, feature launches, and operational enhancements.
Automate and streamline reporting and administrative tasks using PowerShell, Power Automate, and Microsoft Graph API, and build metrics to monitor usage, adoption, and policy compliance.
