Danaher UK/Pall Corporation is seeking a Global Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Leader who will implement the Danaher Business System in order to enhance supply chain performance. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in supply chain operations, continuous improvement methodologies, and a strong background in materials management

Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for embedding Danaher Business System fundamentals into Pall's global supply chain to deliver sustained improvements in on-time delivery, inventory, working capital, and cost.
  • The position requires partnering with Materials, Planning, Sourcing, Operations, and Regional Supply Chain leaders to architect and sustain a disciplined supply chain operating system.
  • Candidates will have the opportunity to coach leaders and teams to strengthen problem-solving depth while ensuring consistent application of standards like PFEP, Kanban, and IMAG.

  • 3+ years driving continuous improvement using Lean and MRP-based ERP systems
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%
