Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment
Perform equipment inspections and repairs
Operate and maintain AHUs, RTUs, exhaust fans
Use of ladders for rooftop equipment access
Maintain accurate maintenance records
Nice-to-have
Experience with life safety systems
Governmental or institutional building experience
Team collaboration and customer service focus
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two years building construction experience in Facilities Maintenance
