  • Key responsibilities include supporting the organization in achieving SQDCG and financial objectives through effective application of RBS tools, coaching and mentoring teammates on continuous improvement methods, and leading multiple projects and Kaizen events.
  • This role impacts results and culture by establishing standards, institutionalizing management systems, and ensuring effective problem-solving skills across the organization, while requiring approximately 50% travel.
