The Director, RBS Continuous Improvement will drive the implementation and maturity of the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) and continuous process improvement across the NA region to achieve profitable growth through customer focus and optimal efficiency.
Key responsibilities include supporting the organization in achieving SQDCG and financial objectives through effective application of RBS tools, coaching and mentoring teammates on continuous improvement methods, and leading multiple projects and Kaizen events.
This role impacts results and culture by establishing standards, institutionalizing management systems, and ensuring effective problem-solving skills across the organization, while requiring approximately 50% travel.
